The HASO VACUUM is a Shack Hartmann wavefront sensor compatible with 10-6mbar vacuum to be placed directly inside vacuum and thermal chambers. It is available in two versions: USB3 protocol for high-frequency acquisition or GigE protocol for easy routing in the vacuum chamber thanks to a long cable length.
It features the new SpotTracker technology, which provides absolute wavefront sensing and tilt information and makes sensor alignment a mere formality.

HASO VACUUM

The HASO VACUUM Shack Hartmann wavefront sensor combines all the unique features developed by Imagine Optic during 30+ years of innovation and customers feedback: ease of use (absolute measurement thanks to the embedded factory calibration), high performance (high accuracy of lambda/100 RMS, very large dynamic range), robustness (phase measurement independent of beam intensity variation, achromaticity over calibrated spectral range, insensitivity to vibrations)

WAVEVIEW (included) is the most advanced wavefront measurement and analysis software including more than 150 features and tools optimized for a wide range of highly demanding applications.

+ Windows 11 and 10 compatible
WAVETUNE (optional) is a unique software that seamlessly combines wavefront measurement and correction features with extensive diagnostics.
It is perfectly adapted to our HASO and LIFT wavefront sensors, ILAO STAR, MIRAO and mu-DM deformable mirrors, as well as to a wide range of third-party phase correctors from the market.
WAVEKIT (optional) is a SDK (Software Development Kit) in C/C++, LabVIEW and Python, providing the basis blocks on which one can build a fully customized software for specific HASO based applications or WaveView data processing routines.
