Latest: Active image optimization for lattice light sheet microscopy in thick samples

Effect of Wavefront Distortion in Non-Kolmogorov Turbulence on the Performance of Multi-Beam Transmission Coherent Detection

Lattice light-sheet microscopy (LLSM) offers efficient high-resolution 3D imaging of dynamic phenomena in living biological samples. However, depth limitations exist due to optical aberrations from refractive index mismatch. We propose an active image optimization (AIO) method for robust aberration correction, demonstrated on brain slices and plant roots.
