HASO oem is a high-quality wavefront sensor specially designed and priced for the demanding applications of original equipment manufacturers (OEM) and integrators. These custom-calibrated, mono-wavelength units enable you to incorporate our patented Shack-Hartmann wavefront metrology technology into your products.
From adaptive optics to laser beam characterization, HASO oem combines customizable operating wavelength, low power consumption and industry standard Firewire connectivity into a rugged, compact casing that makes them easy to integrate into new and existing designs. They provide exceptionally accurate and reliable measurements at speeds up to 60 Hz by taking advantage of the HASO family’s unique features including:
- patented technology that enables you to measure phase and intensity, both simultaneously and independently
- true absolute measurement that lets you work without a reference beam and that ensures durable instrument calibration
- proprietary Dynamic Spot Tracking™ and Auto Spot Finder™ provide superior accuracy without compromising dynamic range
- optimal optical quality refractive microlens arrays that, combined with out other features, eliminate crossing spots
- insensible to vibrations
HASO oem is delivered with the HASOv3 Software Development Kit (SDK). The SDK provides everything your engineering team needs to build feature-rich applications for your customers. By incorporating the wide-ranging functionalities offered by our industry leading HASOv3 software into your product, your customers can take advantage of the benefits of both zonal and modal wavefront reconstruction.
Even more, you can develop your own features based on the PSF, MTF, Strehl ratio and the M² parameter. When you need it, Imagine Optic’s expert software development team is ready to put its extensive programming and wavefront metrology experience to help you achieve your objectives.
HASO oem integrates seamlessly into any adaptive optics loop. Coupled with our powerful CASAO™ software package and a deformable mirror or SLM, you can correct and form wavefronts to optimize your beam’s shape and focal spot, or correct wavefront aberrations in microscopy applications ranging from bioimaging to nanolithography.
